Why You Should Mix Your Own Pre-workouts

First, you have no idea what is really in the supplements you buy.

For instance apparently Jack3d was using a synthetic stimulant that causes liver problems. (Article on the class action suit at the end of this article.) You have to be careful. If you buy individual ingredients you can use 3rd party sources to validate the integrity of the product.
