The ULTIMATE upper body circuit challenge! This workout was designed to bring you to the brink of EXHAUSTION! The goal here is to maximize your effort in each round and then completely empty your tank on the fourth and final round! I decided to do this workout as a TIME ATTACK that way I can try to beat my own time on my next attempt. You can also choose to perform this routine with rest periods of 30 — 60 seconds between exercises, but still pushing to the MAX on every set! TEAR IT UP! #HTH
