| POWER 1: 30 Minute At Home Strength Workout |

Circuit 1: Rest 30 sec. between movements and rounds, and 1 min. after finishing entire circuit.
1. Push-Up with Hand-Up Rotation: 3 sets, 45 sec
2. Dumbbell Goblet Squat: 3 sets, 45 sec
3. Plank to Alternating Row: 3 sets, 45 sec

Circuit 2: Rest 30 sec. between movements and rounds, and 1 min. after finishing entire circuit.
1. Sphinx Push-Up: 3 sets, 45 sec
2. Reverse Lunge To High Pull: 3 sets, 45 sec
3. Zottman Curl: 3 sets, 45 sec

Circuit 3: Rest 30 sec. between movements and rounds, and 1 min. after finishing entire circuit.
1. Alternating Curtsy Lunge to Squat: 3 sets, 45 sec
2. Psycho Crunch: 3 sets, 45 sec
3. Swivel Crunch: 3 sets, 45 sec
