I can’t say it enough: Get creative to get your cardio. And if you can arrange it, do cardio outside instead of in the gym. Get out and breath in that fresh air!

It’s such a beautiful day today. My cardio was made up of cycling outside, along with a jog along the Greenbelt and some swimming. Modern-day life means that we spend so much time in air-conditioned cars, houses, offices, and gyms. If you have the opportunity to get outside and do your cardio, take it; it’s always good to breathe fresh air.

I’ll see you tomorrow for our final week of training, as we close in on the penultimate finish to this 8-Week Hardcore Trainer!
