I decided to do this video a bit differently and show you guys the entire routine. It takes about 13 minutes to complete all 6 pyramid sets so if you want to extend the workout perform 2 rounds of the pyramid sets before the star plank finisher.

Routines like this bring intensity at home to a whole new level and for those of you who are short on time, traveling, or just prefer training at home you are going to love this routine!

IF you have a hard time with the pistol squats”, do them next to something you can hold onto for balance. If you have a TRX at home or something similar, that would be super easy to hold into during your reps.

(1:06)- Routine sets & reps
• 6 rounds
• 4 exercises
• Rest as little as possible between exercises

Pyramid Sets:
• Round 1: 12 reps
• Round 2: 10 reps
• Round 3: 8 reps
• Round 4: 6 reps
• Round 5: 4 reps
• Round 6: 2 reps

(2:20)- Half Burpee
(3:13)- Reverse Crunch Hip-Thurst To V-Up

FINISHER:
