As much as I love training heavy and bodybuilding workouts, I have always had an interest in calisthenics. The human body is capable of much more than just picking things up and putting them down and I am not saying I need to be able to do running backflips off a 13 foot wall. But wouldn’t it be great to find new and fun ways to take your gym workouts to the next level?

Well guys, I learned a lot today training with Austin and I am DEFINITELY coming back for more! But maybe I will bring my own spotter next time… haha

PS: I have been doing handstands and weighted pull-ups pretty much every other day since filming this about 10 days ago. AND I LOVE IT!
