Grow Bigger Biceps - FASTER!! (New Exercise)

Biceps growth is actually one of the easier things to achieve when you consider what is necessary to make it happen. First, you need to make sure that you select biceps exercises that allow you to control the negative portion of the rep. Second you need to fit exercises into your biceps workouts that push you to progressive overload. Third, you need to remove your arms ability to compensate on the weaker side by selecting the right ways to spark faster biceps growth.

In this video, I show you a bicep exercise to help speed up arm size and build bigger biceps using just your own bodyweight. Yes, I am pulling myself up on a bar as I demonstrate, but as I point out in the video you can easily do this under a kitchen counter or table if you don’t have access to a bar.

To add biceps mass and size to your arms you must make sure that you concentrate on the slow negative. It is during this portion of the rep that your muscle fibers are overloaded in a stretch position. This causes small microtears that require your biceps to grow back bigger and stronger after you allow them to recover.
