This routine was designed to get you back into the swing of things! I know a lot of you are traveling and shopping with it being the holiday season and need a routine to help you get focused. By performing intense compound movements like deadlifts, burpees and pull-ups you will “wake-up” your central nervous system, increase your strength, improve your mobility, and increase your overall muscular endurance. I even added a fun twist to increase core engagement with STOMACH VACUUMS. That way you will definitely be ready to hit the gym hard again in NO TIME!
