The 6 pack attack plan is formed on the various functions of the ab muscles. For instance, the abs can flex from the bottom up or the top down. They can produce rotation from the top on the bottom or the bottom on the top. The abs can actually prevent all movement, or even iniate movement in the lower or upper body.

In order to get your six pack abs showing faster you need to be incorporating all of these movements into your ab workouts and you need to do it in a way that makes sense.
