The groiner is an INTENSE bodyweight movement that requires a bit of flexibility and core control. This exercise is going to destroy your quads, lower abs, and shoulders. But you are also going to feel it throughout your triceps, glutes and calves as well. Think of it as an advanced mountain climber that you can do anywhere to boost the intensity of your workouts. I personally use this as staple exercise in my routines when I travel.
