1. Deadlifts – 4 sets, 3 reps
2. Behind the neck lat pulldown – 4 sets, 12 reps
3. Kneeling reverse grip lat pulldowns – 4 sets, 12 reps
4. Incline bench barbell rows – 3 sets, 12 reps
5. Barbell pendlay row – 4 sets, 8 reps
6. Pull-ups – 3 sets, to failure
