Just got back from some late night squat!

Erica and I took Jane to the gym and I completely forgot my inzer belt.

But to be honest, I think it was time to hit some beltless squats. I don’t wear it until I hit 315lbs.. but even now I am thinking I need to be hitting 315lbs beltless in my normal workouts and only use my belt when I go HIGHER than 315lbs.

It’s very easy to fall into the habit of using a belt too much.

If you feel like you are falling into the same pattern.. maybe take it easy with your belt on your next few workouts to make sure your core strength is also increasing!
