Abs may be made in the kitchen, but it never hurts to load up in the gym or home gym, too. Well, actually, it does hurt, but it’s worth it. Lisa is going to make sure your core gets the ultimate all-around conditioning in this 12 minute, 8 exercise HIIT workout. You’re going to be using a spread of our best gear to target every nook and cranny of your core and make you work against some serious resistance. Butt, obliques, abs, back, hips: you’re going to work it all. And we’ve thrown in some upper body moves that will help improve core stabilization.
