The first of many new YouTube®r collaborations coming this year, today I am joined by Dave Lotito of PUMP SAVAGES! He is going to take us through his back day, a workout that consists of a lot of volume and pushing it to the MAX for muscle gain!

I have known Dave for a few years now. He is much younger than me, but I have seen him grow from 145lbs to now 170lbs lean and teaching others every chance he gets!
