I wanted to post this video because I am human and sometimes it’s really late at night and nothing is open except the Wendy’s down the street. I want you all to know that even people who are in the kind of shape I am in will still eat some not so healthy things.

As long as you are eating a healthy clean MEAL PLAN (http://www.scotthermanfitness.com/mea…) you can eat some “not so healthy” foods in times where you have no other options.

However, there is a difference between ordering some nuggets and a spicy chicken with no mayo and EVERYTHING on the dollar menu if you catch my drift.

Also.. try to stay away from the fries… sooo much fat, not good for anyone.
