Hi Scott i worked out for about a year and a half but then stopped for six months.
You and the community have got me back in the gym but I struggle to do half as much
as I could before. I was wondering if it will take another year and a half to get
back to were i was. thanks

Since I want results fast in terms of muscle mass I have been doing at
least 6 exercises for 3 sets at 6-8 reps. But I have been hearing that
you should only be doing 4 to 5 exercises per body part a day. Is doing
too many exercises over training?
