How many grams of protein should I eat per day? I continuously hear I should eat 1g per 1lb of body weight, but I read in an article that all adult men can utilize is about 20g per day. Could you please clear this up?

I have been working out for under a year. What I wanted to know, is it better to use heavy weights ( 8 Reps) , increasing each week, with bad form OR is it better to use as much weight as possible ( 8 Reps), with excellent form, and not increase as much, if at all, each week. In short, bad form and high weight or excellent form and low weight.

I always eat every couple of hours. After my workout I always drink whey protein 30 minutes after my workout. Is that considered a meal or can I eat something after? I usually wake up at 8:30, workout at 11:30 and my workout lasts an hour and drink the protein at 12:30. Do I eat something with it or wait until 2:30 to eat lunch?
