Alright I’ve been hitting the gym hard for about a year now and I’ve been doing a lot of abs. I have followed your videos and developed an 8 pack and starting to get obliques, but I haven’t been getting sore the next day from abs and I have been switching up my routines weekly. Is this normal?

I know many people’s bodies react to different ways of weight training, my question is, is it possible that a certain persons muscles reacts better from less stimulation, say one exercise, three sets? That routine would follow a full body workout format, I’m just wondering because i see myself get bigger from one exercise with three sets then a whole workout dedicated to that muscle, and no website has this question or anything even near it.

Where do you draw the line between training hard and over-training? Is there a way to tell whether you are over-training or not?

I was wondering if you could do a comparison between Heavy weight lifting with fewer reps and Light weight lifting with a lot of reps.

Once someone gets, say, a body like yours, what does it actually take to maintain it? I know everyone is a little different depending on goals, lifestyle, diet, etc, but maybe on one of your weekly check-in videos you can talk a little about your average daily diet and weekly workout schedule?
