No one said being an EXPENDABLE was going to be easy, now get ready and let’s tear up this workout!

This is the second of five workouts in this series. Focus and push yourself through each minute of torment Nation. At first it might seem like doing these exercises for one minute straight is impossible, but then again… pushing THORUGH the impossible is what makes us HERMANITES!

The next workout in this series is going to be all about ABS! So even if you can’t move your arms or legs, you won’t really need them anyways! #EX3
